Bluegreen Vacations Fountains, an Ascend Collection Resort

Hotel was perfect. So many things to do. They had karaoke, multiple pools (indoor and outdoor) definitely recommend getting building 9. They had a waterside at the pool. I like the rooms as well. Had a coffee machine and provided everything we needed.

Spent a week here ! Absolutely beautiful! Didn’t feel crowded! Well maintained! Only issue I got stuck in elevator! They were doing maintenance or redoing rooms on the other side of building we were in , elevators were working the day we arrived so not sure why I got stuck , got myself out after about 20 mins …. But great spot ! Didn’t leave all week everything I need was there on spot ! Well we did go to grocery store ! But great place !

It's a fun hotel with activity staff who care. We enjoyed the arcade and Starbucks. My family was greeted by friendly staff right away. The pools are pristine. It's nice to have a balcony and a soaker tub in our suite. Centrally located and perfect for commuting to sports or other events at the convention center. We enjoy this hotel often.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, our room did smell a little moldy. He didn’t say anything because the entire property is currently under renovation and has been taken over by Hilton. So we figured this would be addressed anyway. But the gym is nice. the location is good. And service at the little bistro was great!

Great location and great service. We booked through a third party company that gave us a great deal to stay at this property. We had an early flight so we were expecting to drop off our bags and have to come back in the afternoon for check in but we wereable to check in at 9 am with no extra cost. Great customer service from every employee we ran into. They tried to offer us a timeshare presentation but we're not pushy at all about it. The rooms and recreational areas were very clean. There were only a couple flaws that we ran into. The have an advertised self service wine bar that was indefinitely closed down. We were really excited about this and there was no heads up that it was closed. Second thing was that all the meals and drinks were a little pricey. Overall it was a great experience and if I had the opportunity to book for the price I would surely do it again!

This is the best resort I've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is large, and so is the living room. It's conveniently located near strategic locations like the Outlets, SeaWorld, Universal, and Disney. The pools are spectacular, and the service is equally excellent. I give it 5 stars, but my only complaint is that there were people upstairs who dragged things around and made noise every night. I think they should be more considerate. Otherwise, I recommend it 100%.

Great location. Criston made our weekend with his staff. Rooms are clean. Property is clean. Great pool! Gym has enough items to get your workout in. Location is walking distance from shopping center and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, iron etc. Look forward to visiting this property again.

We have been club owners for about a decade and I’m always so impressed by the resort. We don’t stay as often as we’d like to anymore, but we used to come three times a year and every stay was so warm and welcoming. The front desk staff is friendly and quick to get you checked in and headed to your own condo. The condo’s are always clean and very comfortable, it’s large enough for us and our kids to stay and have our own privacy. There’s multiple pools on property which is very needed when you just want to relax and not head out to theme parks for the day.
